This gingerbread latte is really easy to make recipe but tastes amazing. A really warm and soothing drink to finish your long day, helping you unwind and targets inflammation around the body.
250ml Oat milk
1 Teaspoon Recovery powder
1 Tablespoon honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Heat up the milk either in the microwave or on the hob until piping hot.
Add in 1 teaspoon of our Recovery powder.
Add in your honey (to taste).
Froth your oat milk up using a fork or milk frother if you have one before pouring into the mug.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top to finish your drink.
