Performance Pancakes

An easier and healthier alternative to regular pancakes without losing that amazing fluffy taste and texture. Using our Performance powder, this is the perfect meal to start your day. Packed full of nutrition and provides long lasting energy thanks to our Cacao & Matcha blend!


Pancake ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Performance powder

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Egg

  • 100g Egg whites

  • 30g Oats


Topping suggestions

  • Blueberries

  • Desiccated coconut

  • Chopped banana

  • Honey

Method

  1. Blend together all of the pancake ingredients until there are no lumps and it is a smooth mixture.

  2. Heat a small drizzle of oil in a frying pan.

  3. Once hot, pour your mixture into the pan depending on the size you'd like your pancakes to be.

  4. Leave for 30-40 seconds until golden brown underneath before flipping onto the other side with a spatula.

  5. When you've made all of your pancakes, add your toppings and finish with a drizzle of honey.

Tip: The smaller the pancake, the easier it is to flip so its better to start small whilst you get the hang of it!
