Helene's good old recipe for some clean homemade protein balls 🤤 These look and make you feel amazing. A really simple recipe that won't leave you feeling guilty after consumption!
What you’ll need
100 g (1 cup) gluten free oats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
30 g (0.5 cup) shredded coconut⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
150 g Medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup vegan protein powder - I use the Vanilla or the Chocolate one
Organic Cacao powder (desired amount)
Blend all ingredients until you have a sticky mixture. If it’s too dry you can add a little plant milk, if it’s too sticky add more oats.
Now roll up into balls (weigh out 30 g. for each ball)
You can now roll them in chia seeds, shredded coconut, cacao powder or protein powder.
Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour and they’re ready!
Store in a sealed container in the fridge 😉
