Vegan energy protein balls

Helene's good old recipe for some clean homemade protein balls 🤤⁣ These look and make you feel amazing. A really simple recipe that won't leave you feeling guilty after consumption!

What you’ll need

  • 100 g (1 cup) gluten free oats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⁣

  • 30 g (0.5 cup) shredded coconut⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⁣

  • 150 g Medjool dates (pitted)⁣

  • 1/2 cup vegan protein powder⁣ - I use the Vanilla or the Chocolate one

  • Organic Cacao powder (desired amount)⁣


  1. Blend all ingredients until you have a sticky mixture. If it’s too dry you can add a little plant milk, if it’s too sticky add more oats.⁣

  2. Now roll up into balls (weigh out 30 g. for each ball)⁣

  3. You can now roll them in chia seeds, shredded coconut, cacao powder or protein powder. ⁣

  4. Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour and they’re ready! ⁣

  5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge 😉
